Diet plays a very important role in the appearance of your hair. Perhaps reducing the use of hair care products, or changing shampoos is all that is needed. 

Summary: After educating yourself fully, you may decide that you do need hair vitamin supplements.  If that is the case, make sure you do not go above the recommended dosage as too much of a good thing may eventually turn out to be harmful.
