Replacement Lamp

Replacement lamp is a lifesaver if your bulb burns out and It will give you hundreds of hours of excellent, crisp, clear brightness. If a customer has a need for an advanced replacement lamp module, a purchase order for the full purchase price of the lamp module should be provided forward of the parts dispatch. There is no prorated warranty credit will be offered until the reported, failed lamp module is received and evaluated. Once they receive the original failed part, the customer instantly qualifies for lamp exchange pricing, provided the module is in good condition.

They will evaluate the returned lamp module and verify if it is within the one year warranty shelf period and within the warranty hours provided for the given lamp module. If the lamp is beyond one or both of these warranty conditions, the full lamp exchange cost will be invoiced. If both conditions are within warranty, the lamp module will be run to decide the operability and light output. If the lamp module is inoperable or fails to produce at least half of the original specified brightness for the projector or lamp model, a prorated exchange credit will be offered as a reduction to the full exchange price.

However, if the lamp module is determined to be operable or achieves better than half of its original specified brightness, the full exchange price will be invoiced. Additionally, They will also offer to return the lamp module, if the customer accepts the original lamp module back, they will invoice the advanced replacement lamp module as a new lamp at full price. If no lamp module is returned within 15 days of the dispatch of the advanced replacement part, the advanced replacement lamp module will be considered a new lamp module purchase and it will be invoiced as such.
