Most of the grown up people suffer from some form of the back pain or the other. That does not mean children are totally safe from this, but their ratio is quite less. The cause can be of many different types from a very simple reason of sleeping on an uncomfortable bed to injury caused due to some kind of jerk or accident. Many different types of medicine including anti-inflammatory and painkillers can work as a temporary relief providing solutions. Specific medicines are also available for muscle relaxation. But none should be taken without the doctor’s advice. Various types of muscle rubs can be applied to loosen the muscles that have gone tight and causing lower back pain. While some may have a horrible smell others may heat up the area and are very helpful in relieving the back pain. So many gadgets like massagers, heat packs and wraps are also available for lower back pain treatment. Heating the body with the steam or sauna is also promoted to heal the area causing the pain.
