Vegetarian Cooking

Vegetarian cooking means cooking of such food which meets the vegetarian standards. The vegetarian cuisine means not eating of meant from any animals. In general vegetarianism eggs are considered to be vegetarian stuffs. The stricest vegetarian cuisine does not allow any food stuffs available from any of the animal i.e it does not allow any dairy products not even honey and it also does not allow some sugar type.

The vegetarian cooking consists of  cereals that include all rice, corn flakes, vegetables, maize, grains, wheats, etc. It also includes beans,soys,peas,lentis. It includes generally all type of vegetables. It also includes all variesties of fruits including dried fruits. It consists of vegetable oils mushrooms and also olives and seaweeds.

How is vegetarian cooking done? The vegetarian cuisine consists of a lot of varieties of food stuffs that are made by different methods in different parts of the world. in general the vegetarian cooking involves a good amount of fat stuffs used during the cooking processes. The vegetarian cooking also consists of number of spices added during cooking process to give the cuisine a perfect taste. The cooking is done with great skills so to cook the food with proper care.

Which are the vegetarian cuisine? There are vast varities of dishes available for a vagetarian type cooking. Starting from breakfast till the desert a variety of cuisine are considered under it. The vegetarian cuisine consists of pastas, rice, bean, potatoes, soups, sandwitches, different cereals, egg varities, etc. It consists of food stuffs varieng from different vegetable dishes to different sweet deserts.

How is vegetarian cooking better? vegetarian cookin unlike non vegetarian cooking consists of a better hygenic structure and thus is considered to be a healthy and nutritious one. The people now adays in all the parts of the world are switching to vegetarian cooking as it is easy to cook as well as it keeps one healthy. The non- vegetarian cooking is due to some un hygenic and scientific reasons decreasing. Dieseases such as bird flu has brought a global change in mankind thinking and thus more and more people are becoming vegetarian. Though special care need to be taken while cooking it. The vegetables or other components to be cooked should be fresh and properly washed. Overcooking and overheating must be avioded.

Thus vegetarian cooking is a much easier process but special skills need to be developed to make the vegetarian food taste the best. A vegetarian food is not a food unless cooked well.
